Can I use DukaanAdda on both my Android mobile and Windows PC simultaneously?
Yes, absolutely. By logging in with the same registered mobile number on both devices, your inventory catalog, outstanding customer khata ledger, and sales records will automatically sync across devices whenever they connect to the internet.
Will DukaanAdda work if I do not have active internet connection in my shop?
Yes, DukaanAdda features a high-speed, local offline database engine. You can create bills, scan barcodes, update stocks, and search products without active internet. Once your device gets active internet (even for a minute), the local logs will automatically back up onto our highly secure servers.
How can I connect my barcode scanner gun and thermal printer on the Windows PC version?
DukaanAdda supports plug-and-play USB barcode scanners and standard thermal printers (2-inch and 3-inch sizes). Simply plug in your devices to your Windows PC. The barcode scanner will input data automatically on the bill window, and you can select your thermal printer from the printer settings list in the application.
